Thought I would post a picture of this awesome and hearty winter meal I made the other night. I made some delicious pot roast in the slow cooker with plenty of onion, potatoes, carrots, celery, and green peppers. Throw in some thyme and rosemary and let it cook on low for about 7-8 hours. Hmmmmm! Had some crusty baguette and pumpkin latte cupcakes and your set! A pumpkin espresso cake that after taking out of the oven you brush with a bit of coffee. You then pipe homemade whipped cream on top and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice and wah-lah!! MAGIC! Check it out:
